REGILENT™ started as a software development company with ties with Japan Media Systems Corporation in March 2006. In the course of doing business, we realized the more pressing need of the companies we approached with our software products for highly qualified I.T. Professionals. As a result, in late 2006 the company shifted its business to Recruitment or Professional Search.

REGILENT™ aims to provide its partners with timely, adaptable, and highly qualified individuals of various skills and expertise in different industries. Our core objective is to work in partnership with our clients over long-term periods. We believe that a strong relationship is crucial to a successful resource management process and this has been the fundamental element to our growth and success.

Our team is comprised of select individuals with Industry and Recruitment backgrounds, and the fusion of these individual experiences is what we believe gives us an edge over other search and recruitment firms. We work full cycle, with two concentric circles inside a larger one. We not only focus on providing our clients with the best possible candidates for their job specifications, but we also do the same for our talents in matching them with the best possible company to showcase their skills and develop them to their full potential.
