REGILENT™ started as a software development company with ties with Japan Media Systems Corporation in March 2006. In the course of doing business, we realized the more pressing need of the companies we approached with our software products for highly qualified I.T. Professionals. As a result, in late 2006 the company shifted its business to Recruitment or Professional Search.

Our core objective is to work in partnership with our clients over long-term periods.
